Reaction to Megan Reardon Interview

I found the interview with Megan Reardon quite interesting! I enjoyed hearing about how and why she blogs, and learning about her popular blog, Not Martha. I am a person that enjoys doing crafts and projects, so I was happy to find out about a new site to gain tips from. Aside from finding out about a new site I like, I thought Reardon made some truthful observations about people's behavior on blogs. She states,

"people are much kinder and weirder than we allow ourselves to be in public.
It's such a relief."

I agree with Reardon as well that its a relief that people let their guards down a lot more online then they otherwise would in public. Sometimes its just easier to be yourself when someone only knows you by your blog name. Overall, I thought Reardon was an interesting person to read about. For having a popular blog, she seemed to be very humble. She would always refer to the fact that she doesn't pretend to know what shes doing. She gave me encouragement for my future blog writing because like me, she admits she was never the best writer and spelling errors are common to her posts. Despite not being the best writer she still has a popular blog, and I will enjoy reading her posts in the near future to say the least!
